My name is Sherrie Brooks. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in educational technology at the University of Houston (Victoria). I was born in Wharton, Texas, and later moved to Houston where I currently live. Throughout my career, I worked at CHI St. Luke's Hospital, Texas Children's Pavillion for Women's Hospital, And retired later from Houston Methodist Hospital. Currently, I work for Fort Bend Independent School District as a substitute teacher. My two grandchildren and three sons make up my loving family. Two of my favorite things in life are going to church and watching football, particularly the Dallas Cowboys, who are America's favorite team.

Some teachers work in filter-free a state of bliss. These professors don't need to duplicate Web 2.0. The real thing seems easy to use live. This chapter discusses “off-campus” Web 2.0 venues such as libraries, afterschool clubs, film festivals, and home schools. The chapter profiles an experimental school that has adopted a hybrid schedule where some children attend class from home. 

Kist describes "Venti" as a cutting-edge social networking tool that flourishes in a tech-driven environment in The Social Classroom. This platform uses cutting-edge AR and VR to help users create personalized digital experiences for their daily lives. Venti hopes these tools will make digital conversation as genuine and engaging as face-to-face communication, redefining social networking in an interconnected world. Users may customize their digital presence, from communication styles to social intensity, in Venti's vibrant, immersive environment with AI-driven customization.

Venti stresses security and consumer independence, especially in an age of limitless tech. The Social Classroom emphasizes privacy, with Venti's powerful data management capabilities letting users govern their data. Privacy and security, paired with fast data processing, create a safe place for expression and connectivity. Venti creates an inclusive environment where people may invent, explore, and build meaningful relationships in an adaptable virtual setting that connects the virtual and physical worlds.
